Process Solutions and Products, LLC specializes in oil and gas dehydration equipment, controls and control systems from project conception through commissioning and beyond. Our staff has over 100 years of combined experience in designing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning Electrostatic Heater Treaters, Electrostatic Coalescers, Two and Three Phase Vertical and Horizontal Separators, Trietheleyne Glycol Regenerators, Absorber Towers and PLC based Control Systems. We place a special emphasis on burner management systems and always have in stock our lgnitor/ BSL®, single burner BMS-7800, and dual burner BMS-7800D. If a custom BMS is required, we can design that BMS to meet the client’s demanding specifications.
Process Solutions and Products, LLC also offers in house repairs, refurbishments, and full function testing of electrostatic transformers ranging in size from 5kVA to 100kVA and above. Repairing an electrostatic transformer will save the client up to 50% the cost of new. We also keep an inventory of new transformers in stock from 5kVA to 100kVA in size.
FIELD SERVICES
Our field technicians are skilled and experienced in pre-commissioning, commissioning and troubleshooting all aspects of oil and gas dehydration equipment including: Electrostatic Heater Treaters, Glycol Regenerators, Separators, JT Units, B-Tex units, Electrostatics Coalescers, Natural Draft Burners, Forced Draft Burners, burner fuel systems and more. Each technician is suited with a full array of calibrated instruments used to test, calibrate and tune the client’s equipment, controls, and instruments. Every calibration instrument used by our technicians are traceable to NIST certificates.
